Snack jars

I found these cute inexpensive glass canisters at IKEA.
The only issue I had is I don't like the color of the lids.
They are plastic, and they look a little generic to me.
The jars however, are quite nice.
So.. I found a can of flat RED spray paint in my arsenal of paints.
I LURV spray paint.  If it needs a new look.. I think spray paint.
If it's just not the right color.. I think spray paint.  If it's old, but
just might be salvageable.. I think spray paint.  This fell into
2 of those categories.. so you guessed it... spray paint.

Now we have a little snack bar!

Good morning, Amy. Love the snack jars, so cute. Anything looks cute in clear glass jars. I have some jelly beans and cadbury chocolate in glass jars in my kitchen. It looks so pretty. I haven't tried the spray paint bandwagon yet, but I keep reading it is definitely the way to go, so I might I have to pick up some. Off to a rummage sale this morning and you never know, may find something that fits in category 5. Have a great day!

These are too cute! Love the French toast, but me, too, only one bite.

I was thinking, considering where I live, you know I would have had a heart attack if someone knocked on my door in the middle of the night. Thankfully, the police are less than a mile away. Anyway, that is what I meant.

Congrats on your diligence and loss.

I am with you on the lids, I would have painted them too. They look great painted red. Don't you just love the power of spray paint? A cheap and easy fix for so many things.

Love your new header picture, so vibrant.
