The HOST
Just started reading the HOST. Every once in a while
hub's and I will be reading the same book, we are both intrigued
with this one. He's a busy guy, so he listens to the discs
during his commute. I read when I can, and we kinda
discuss along the way. Kinda our own little book club. HA!
Anyone else do this?
Date Night!

Found the dress!
We're going to a wedding at the end of the month.
Question? Should I wear the red heals I showed
you here? Or Black?

Paperwhites
Here they are. About 3 days old. Doing good so far.
More snow dang it!
We ended up with 5" of snow Saturday morning.
We dug our way out. I originally had plans to stay hunkered
down at home for the day but I was a woman on a mission. Needed
a dress, new bedding, paint, baskets, and lamps. Got everything
but the lamps. Still on the lookout for "unique tall" lamps.
Suggestions appreciated.
Master bedroom
I mentioned last week that we were "thinking" about painting
the furniture in our MB. Well we are now definitely painting
the furniture. My guys made some nice bedside tables/bookshelves.
I'll take pics of the progress and show Y'all in a later post.
Sitcoms
Anyone else watch these two sitcoms?
My favorite is The Middle. Hub's loves Modern
Family best. I find myself cracking up
from beginning to end. It's been a while since I've
enjoyed a good sitcom. With all the reality TV these
days, they're almost extinct.
DVD Release
Time Travelers Wife is available on DVD this Tuesday.
I never got around to seeing it at the theater so I'm
psyched about this one.
Today is the PUPPY BOWL!
Ok.... seriously.... does it get any cuter??
SuperBowl Sunday!
My family will be watching.
Hubby: Just loves a good game.
My Son: Colts
My Girl: Saints
Me: Couldn't care less..... I'll be watching Lifetime Movie Network!
Well I think that's about it for this week!

Hey, was at Hobby Lobby last night and got a little urn and a foam ball. But I said, "Nah, I'll get the material at Wal*mart. BIG mistake. Their material is so inferior you can see through it! So now I have to put my project on hold!!! Waaaaaaaaaaa

*Books* - So nice that you and hubs share this special book club. My hubs reading list is too heavy for me. When I do get into a book - I gotta share it, can't. help. myself. I am very dramatic and tell him the whole book. He laughs and says he forgets that he didn't even read it when I am done.
*Date Night* - Ditto
*Dress* - Cute dress! Can I borrow it? I need a dress for our Valentine Dinner/Dance. It would look really cute if I could also borrow your red shoes. ;) Just say'in
*Snow* - We ended up with 5" also. Atta girl, so glad when nothing stands in the way of shopping.
*Bedroom* - can't wait for pics.
*Sitcoms* - We are not a sitcom watching family. So many were offensive and inappropriate to us that we gave them up, so I can't judge anymore.
*DVD* - Missed this one also. Judging from the pic, looks like a good Valentine movie.
*Superbowl" - Love the puppy bowl too. Doesn't matter to my family who wins this year. They just want a good game. My guys are skiing right now and are rushing home in time for the game. I am with you on watching Lifetime Movies, but I do like to see the superbowl commercials and the halftime show. I feel like everyone talks about that the next day.

Cute dress! The red shoes for sure :) I'm reading the Time Traveler's Wife now and I won't see the movie until I'm done with the book. It's good so far :)
Oh, I'm on the opposite side of the shoe choice! Black patent for the wedding and a red fabric clutch! Just because at a wedding it is the bride who gets to be noticed. HOWEVER, pull those red shoes and a black bag out for DATE night! (My unpopular 2 cents :-) )
Don't watch those shows...must check them out. I'm an How I Met Your Mother and Big Bang addict...along with Ugly Betty.
Gotta say, "Geaux Saints" (and, you can tell I'm listening at least!)
