This is a easy and hardy recipe from my church supper cookbook.
It is one of my favorites and I treasure it, as it has many recipes
from old friends. I even have a couple published in there myself.
This Mostaccioli is a favorite.
Cast of Characters:
1 lb. cooked penne pasta
1 lb. cooked and drained ground beef
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 (bag) shredded mozzarella cheese.
In a casserole dish combine cooked pasta, ground beef,
spaghetti sauce, & cheddar cheese soup (do not dilute)
Next add 3/4 bag of shredded mozzarella cheese, stir.
Add the last 1/4 mozzarella cheese to top. Cover, and
bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Have you seen the site, http://www.couponingtodisney.com/?
I haven't read back yet, but maybe there is something there.
This is a staple in a 3rd generation household with ricotta (sounds like they are saying "re-got") instead of cheddar cheese. We have a little balsamic vinegar on it. I LOVE IT!
This sounds yummy....I make my ziti almost like this, but I never would of thought of adding in the cheddar cheese soup!
Looks wonderful Amy, I bet my family would enjoy it too.
