2) Gassing up, and driving an hour to,
and an hour from.
3) Paying $ entrance fee.
4) Listening to and rolling my eyes at the "over the top parents".
5) Clapping my hands till they sting when she made 4 baskets!
All to watch this Girl......... play a little Bball.
Worth it?

You have very athletic kids. Were you or your husband athletes?
I know exactly how you feel Amy. My Mallory has played basketball since 7th grade, never before that, and 8th grade was alittle better. Now in 9th grade she has gained all sorts of confidence in the game and is really good. But, there are those parents who, maybe pushed their girls into playing the game and "think" they're really good, who are now saying "Where'd she come from!" We are so proud of her also! Coach is REALLY impressed as well, which helps her even more! Love your post!
Oh, yeah! Every nanosecond!!! Came by for music ideas.
It's always worth it when you get there and see them excell! Great post! Hope they won.
I'd say so too! awwww

Know what you mean. We are courtside for our son at basketball also. Memories in the making. My husband's greatest memory is his Father at every baseball game, he ever played and hearing him cheer his name when they needed a play. This is a very important part of shaping our children!
